About me
An enthusiastic Senior User Experience Designer with 21+ years of experience and skills with a unique combination of relevant UX and E-Commerce certifications. From the first sketches until the final visual designs, concepts, wireframes, and interactive prototypes and even setting up and conducting user research.
Because of my unique set of knowledge and experience, I am comfortable and confident in making the connections between what the stakeholders want, their goals and the technical aspect of ‘can it be done’. I come up with a custom, hands-on real-life and current solutions with the needs (and requirements) of the actual users in mind.
I am very eager to learn (more), read more and keeping up with the latest developments and technology and apply this knowledge to my designs and conversations. I read about design systems, front-end development, Inclusive Design Principles, Responsive Web Design, conversational UI / design (bots), Machine learning and even about Typography.

Liberty Global is the world’s largest international TV and broadband company. The new Horizon 4 suite of products includes a super fast set-top box with 4K Ultra HD picture quality, a remote-control with voice capabilities, and an upgraded version of Liberty’s ‘GO’ mobile app, which works together with the set-top box to deliver a seamless viewing experience.

For 5 years I was part of the ANWB company UX team and responsible as the UX designer of ANWB Verzekeren. ANWB Verzekeren is the most important pilar of the ANWB and had a turnover of 200 million when I left (this used to be 120 million when I started in 2013).
